At Kasa Argus, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Kasa Argus account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
